EXTRACTION OF MARC FROM TUBS.

• Machines patented for the extraction of residual marc, after vinification, from walling or stainless steel containers currently used in manufacturing industries.
  The machine is managed by hand from the worker and, like a cutter, seeps into the tank and pull out the marc, setting down it in cases or feeding the pumps which address it to the press for the final dripping, before the disposal.
  During the freight the product doesn't suffer weakening that could damage wine quality.
  The machine, that is totally made up of stainless steel, is very handily and fitted depending on the spaces available in the basement.
  The biggest production is of 0,5 Mc for minute.

SHEARING MACHINE FOR VINES.

• This machine, tractrix driven, cuts only vines tops to improve the grapes sun-dry.
  The machine offers two versions:back connection and front connection
  (see the photograph).
  For he machines with back connection the control could be electric, oil- pressure
  or through the universal joint directly from the tractrix power take off, while those with front connection present only an electric or oil-pressure control.
  The bars could be supplied separately or in couples with independent drives.

REAPING BARS.

RECYCLE OF WOOD PULP.

FRAMES PACKERS.

AUTOMATIC CONTAINERS LOADERS.

• After their production the frames are grouped together and wrapped with a pierced extensible film.
  Then this groups are taken and putted in the boxes and containers.
  Our machine piles automatically the bunches of frames reducing the pushes due
  to the falls this for all the height of the container.
  The collecting of the bunches, is automatically done by the packaging machine,
  the worker has only to replace the full container.

MILLING MACHINE.

• This machine makes transversal millings on the frame in base of a cam creating some
  wavings that could be changeable in accordance with a determined scheme or cycle.
  The machine could be provided of different heads to get the drawing more complex.
  The soundproofing box and the inhalation get the machine efficient and silent.

• Thanks to forefront CAD programmes, we are able to realize 3D drawings for the furnishing of shops, ships, show room and all that requires high aesthetics features.

DISTILLATION

DISALCOHOLATORS LOADERS.

• We realize equipment for the automatic load of the disalcoholators.
  The main loader is feded by the mechanic shovel.
  The ascent tape with metal detector lead the marc to the secondary distributor which divides the marc  in the different disalcoholators.
  All this is realized automatically and the different sensors are activated in base of the requirements on the main control panel.

UNLOADERS DISAALCOHOLATORS.

• As see below we realize unloaders equipments for the processed marc.
  The machines keep the vapour in the disalcoholators.
  The equipments are the result of our experience and guarantee the highest reliability
  thanks to the material used and the technical solutions more adequate.

AUTOMATIC ACIDITYMETERS.

• Those devices have to be installed on the tanks for controlling the index of acidity
  of the substances contained.
  On board is installed the device that controls the values by timing immersion.
  The device has the advantage of control deeply the substance, correct it if required
  and clean the machine increasing the life time of it.
